Set the public name and secure URL for this installation. These values shape the admin screen, widget links, and domain-bound activation.

Connect to the MySQL or MariaDB database that will store conversations, operators, settings, and activation records.

Try to create the database if it does not exist

Step 3 of 5

Create the account that will own the helpdesk, invite agents, manage departments, and configure client websites.

Step 4 of 5

Enter the purchase code supplied with the order. The app verifies it remotely and stores only a secure local activation record.

Step 5 of 5

Set the default sender for replies and notifications. You can leave outbound mail off during setup and enable it later.
