First admin account

Create the account that will own the helpdesk, invite agents, manage departments, and configure client websites.

Product activation

Enter the purchase code supplied with the order. The app verifies it remotely and stores only a secure local activation record.

Email identity

Set the default sender for replies and notifications. You can leave outbound mail off during setup and enable it later.
